Ambiance: Intimate sushi restaurant with a wide variety of options to try. Is located in a mostly shut down shopping plaza off of town and country road. Easy to miss! Food: All of the sushi rolls were very yummy. Everything tasted so fresh. There was plenty of variety as well. The rolls also come in half rolls so that you can try more options. We also ordered the warm sake and it was very nice and paired well with the meal. Generally, I have a rule to not order ramen from a place if it only has one ramen option on the menu and I broke that rule. Unfortunately, the tonkatsu ramen was not very good. The broth did not have that classic tonkatsu creaminess to it. It tasted mostly like chicken broth. The chashu was also charred with a torch and it was much too charred and burnt tasting. Would not order the ramen again but I will definitely be back for the sushi!

Beef Teriyaki Bento - meat was bomb! Cut into long thin slices, soaked in its juice, and came out very tender. Caramelized onions gave the beef the perfect light amount of sweetness and flavor. Salad had a Japanese variation of a soy sauce / vinaigrette type dressing that was nice. Mango Avocado Roll - came with a mango dipping sauce, which gave it multiple different kinds of mango twists on the traditional avocado rolls. It was mango good.

Their Tori Lunch Special was super delicious. Good balance of rice to fish ratio. Filling. Great value. Excellent service (they walked me through how their menu works and were super polite). Mid size place with casual ambience. I am totally coming back here.

I have enjoyed coming to Tori Tori at least once a week. I am always greeted by the staff coming and going. My favorite is the salmon blue, and my sitting area is at the bar. I feel this place is my home away from home.
